Description

The Metrel MI3123 is a multifunctional earth testing instrument that can be used to carry out earth resistance measurements with spikes, a current clamp, two current clamps or carry out specific earth resistance measurements.

It is an ideal product for use in testing main earthing of objects, resistance of earthing rods, lighting systems, soil resistivity for earthing and can even be used in the design stage of earthing systems to ensure everything is correctly installed.

To enable clamp testing the MI3123 can directly interface with either one or two A 1018 and A 1019 clamps (sold separately). It also includes the ability to download information directly from the tester via a RS-232 or USB connection and Metrel's optional A 1290 or A 1291 software packages.

The MI3123 also runs on rechargeable batteries, includes customisable limits with PASS/FAIL led indicators and has a large-size LCD screen which showcases test results.
