The Metrel MI3102BT Eurotest XE Multifunction Installation Tester can be used to check domestic, industrial, and medical installations, as well as test TT, TN, and IT earthing systems, and single- and multi-phase systems. In addition to the above testing capabilities, the MI3102BT Eurotest XE includes several automatic testing sequences designed to improve the ease and efficiency of testing. This instrument supports AUTO SEQUENCES® optimised for testing TT, TN, and IT earthing systems; it also features an automated testing procedure for RCDs. Additionally, it is capable of online voltage monitoring: this tester can monitor three voltages in real time.
Also adding to the efficiency of testing is the integrated help screens for on-site referencing, and fuse tables for evaluating line and loop impedance results. The integrated fuse and RCD tables enable it to determine whether these components have passed or failed the relevant tests. In addition to this, the Metrel MI3102BT features power and harmonics analysis.
Results can be saved to the tester and these measurements can be transferred to a PC via the tester’s integrated Bluetooth module and using the supplied Metrel EuroLink Pro Software. This software can also be used to create professional reports. Alternatively; these testers can transfer results to an Android smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth and the free Metrel EuroLink Android App (NOT included).
The tester includes an integrated charging unit and is supplied with rechargeable NiMH batteries.
