The Metrel MD9040 is a true RMS digital multimeter that can be used to carry out DC/AC voltage and current testing, diode testing, resistance measurements, continuity testing, frequency measurements, capacitance measurements and temperature measurements.
Featuring CAT IV/1000V overvoltage safety rating, this DMM is built for use in the industrial sector and can be used safely to carry out measurements on power supply sources.
Suitable for use on both sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal signals, the Metrel MD9040 is a versatile device that also boasts a wealth of additional features such as auto-ranging, relative zero mode, high accuracy testing results, lead alert when incorrect lead configurations are inserted, a data hold function, PC connectivity for download of testing data and a bright, 9999 count LCD display.
