One of the most powerful mid-range PAT testers available, Metrel's GammaPAT Lite PAT Tester performs a wide variety of tests, has built-in memory storage* and a number of unique features exclusive to this tester.

Small and lightweight (ideal for working in areas such as under desks or behind cabinets), the GammaPAT is simple to use and is designed to help you test faster. Built-in, pre-programmes test sequences created in line with the IET Code of Practice make it easy to configure a test for any appliance, while built-in automatic testing routines automatically cycle through the necessary tests for the appliance you're testing. The PAT Tester shows both full testing results on its built-in LCD screen and also includes unique LED Pass/Fail indicators on either side of the screen. If an appliance passes a test, these will light green, or red if the appliance fails.

With this Metrel PAT Tester, you'll have everything you need for testing class I and class II appliances, IT equipment and associated appliance power cords. The tester can also be used to test 110V or 415V equipment by purchasing the appropriate adaptors (sold separately). This tester can perform a wide range of different testing procedures including earth continuity resistance, insulation resistance, substitute leakage current, IEC cord polarity checks and can also measure voltage using a built-in true RMS voltage meter. All testing results can be saved directly in the integrated 1500 record memory* and recalled directly on the tester.

Before testing begins, the GammaPAT's built-in checkbox will analyse whether the instrument is reading correctly, ensuring that all results gained by the GammaPAT are always as accurate as possible.

This powerful handheld PAT tester is also packed full of additional features such as fully rechargeable batteries, a built-in backlight, help screens for easy testing connections, barcode scanner compatibility and much, much more.

Please note that the memory storage in the GammaPAT cannot be downloaded as standard. You can recall and delete your results directly on the tester, but won't be able to view them on PC.

To view on PC, you will need to upgrade your GammaPAT Lite to the GammaPAT Pro, which includes the software and connection cables needed to download.

There are two ways to do this:

• For New Users - purchase the GammaPAT Pro directly instead of the GammaPAT Lite
• For Existing Users - purchase the Metrel GammaPAT Pro Upgrade Kit for your GammPAT Lite (includes software and connection cables)
