For continuity measurements of ring final circuits, the Metrel A2214 Ring Continuity Adapter automatically performs r1, rn, r2, R1 + RN, and R1 + R2 measurements. It is controlled by your compatible Metrel multifunction tester and includes an easy-null capability to ensure testing accuracy. Colour coding ensures it can be quickly and easily connected to the circuit’s incoming and outgoing L, N, and PE wires.
In addition to improving testing efficiency, this connection method means there’s no need to exchange leads or use connectors and there’s no risk of forgotten connections. Finally, the Metrel A2214 Ring Continuity Adapter can be magnetically attached to the distribution board, which also adds to its convenience.
