Megger's MJOLNER 600 is a powerful micro-ohmmeter that's an excellent choice for demanding applications. This model is particularly suited for use in the field and delivers superior measurement accuracy and the ability to generate 300A current levels continuously.
With the MJOLNER600, you'll be able to test low resistance levels in low, medium and high voltage breakers, bus bar joints and other high current links. By checking the insulation resistance levels, you can ensure your equipment is working effectively and that power loss and temperature problems do not become a serious issue.
Working in the field? The Megger MJOLNER600 is built inside a suitcase-style carrying case (which has the added benefit of being water, dust and sand resistant), making it as portable as you need it to be. It's also designed to be easy to set up, with microproccessor-controlled, fully automatic testing to get you the results you need fast.
Megger's MJOLNER600 has datalogging capabilities - simply insert a USB stick into the dedicated USB slot and you can store results directly on the stick in CSV format (can be opened with Excel). The system also comes with the added benefit of a built-in thermal printer (replacement rolls are available separately).
For added safety, both sides of the MJOLNER600 are grounded using Megger's DualGround testing method. This is available for all tests on all circuit breakers and ensures your safety and the safety of others when testing.
