The best tester in Megger's MIT400-2 series, the MIT430/2 includes absolutely every test you'll need for testing insulation, plus other associated electrical parameters.
This model is the only tester in the Megger MIT400-2 series to include fully downloadable memory. This means you can store all testing results directly on the tester, then use the Bluetooth download facility to wirelessly send this data to a compatible PC for further analysis. All tests are downloaded directly to a CSV file, allowing them to be opened using Microsoft Excel or equivalent (no Megger software required!).
Megger's MIT340-2 is suitable for practically any insulation measurement. With selectable test voltages of 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000V plus polarisation index and dielectric absorption ratio measurement modes, you can use this tester for checking insulation in electrical installations, cables, motors, automotive applications and much more.
A wide variety of additional testing procedures are also available on the MIT430/2; these include continuity with automatic reverse polarity, voltage measurements to 600V (AC/DC) and capacitance measurements from 0.1nF to 10μF.
Additional features of this tester include fully rechargeable batteries as standard, PASS/FAIL limit alarms and an automatic power off mode.
