Handheld and portable, the MIT410/2 is excellent for all basic insulation checks. This model can test at even more voltages than the MIT400/2 could, with 50V, 100V, 250V, 500V and 1000V test voltages available for effective insulation measurements up to 200GΩ.
As well as increased test voltage selection, the MIT410/2 also comes with other benefits compared to the MIT400/2. These include the ability to perform Pi, DAR and timed insulation tests, auto reverse polarity when testing continuity, frequency measurements and PASS/FAIL limit alarms. This is also the first model in the series to be supplied with a switched probe, allowing testing to be activated easily when only holding the test probe.
The Megger MIT410/2 is ideal for a wide variety of electrical and industrial applications including testing electrical installations, cable testing, motor testing, testing cars and other vehicles, avionics and much more.
This model is the official replacement for the original MIT410. This new model includes a number of improvements such as a redesigned case with back stand and a 6 cell battery compartment with separate fuse access.
