Megger MFT-X1 Multifunction Tester Overview
Carry out detailed fault diagnostics; complete all commissioning and routine maintenance; and meet reporting/certification requirements for single- and three-phase domestic, commercial, and industrial electrical installations. This multifunction installation tester supports a vast range of electrical tests including true loop with a patented confidence meter; high-resolution loop impedance; current; RCD; and EV charge point. Data and relevant test information are indicated on the 480 x 272px, colour, TFT bonded display that changes colour depending on the test selected, making this MFT easy to use in dark or dim environments. Hotkeys and control dials ensure tests and functions are easily accessible, even when wearing protective gloves. The MFT-X1 operating system can be updated using a microSD card, ensuring it is future-proof. Finally, the Megger MFT-X1 Multifunction Tester is compatible with Megger’s CertSuite™ Software Platform.

Megger EVCA210-UK Electric Vehicle Charge-Point Adapter Overview
The Megger EVCA210-UK Electric Vehicle Charge-Point Adapter can be used with the Megger MFT-X1 Multifunction Tester to verify the safety and functionality of single- and three-phase electric vehicle charge points according to IEC/EN 61851-1 and IEC/HD 60364-7-722. It contains a mains socket and 4mm ports for connecting to compatible Megger MFTs and a CP signal terminal enabling use with Megger oscilloscopes. Additionally, the Megger EVCA210-UK Electric Vehicle Charge-Point Adapter is supplied with a type 2 connector for testing charging points with panel-mounted sockets or a fixed cable with a vehicle connector; and a type 1 connector for checking charging points with a fixed type 1 cable connector. This compact and simple-to-use EV charging point tester simulates the connection of an electric vehicle to the charge point. Using the rotary switch, it can be set to either Proximity Pilot (PP) or Control Pilot (CP) state. Dedicated function buttons allow you to simulate CP Errors “E” or PE Errors (Earth Fault) and perform a manual PE Pre-Test.
