Megger LT300 Earth Loop Tester

This version of the Megger LT300 Earth Loop Tester ships as standard with a set of fused leads and clips. There are also two other models of this tester available that ship with a mains plug and non-fused leads.

Designed to take the difficulty out of carrying out high current loop testing procedures, the Megger LT300 is incredibly simple to use, suitable for use over a wide range of frequencies and uses simple and fast two wire operation to generate measurements.

When connected to the supply, the Megger LT300 will automatically indicate the supply frequency, setting to the measured supply frequency of 16Hz, 50/60Hz or 400Hz. Once calculated, testing will commence automatically. Two measurement ranges are included: 20Ω with resolution to 0.01Ω and 200Ω with resolution to 0.1Ω.

Suitable for both single and 3 phase testing scenarios, the LT300 will also indicate when operational supply range of over 330V is detected, ensuring that the accidental phase to phase connections on 230V systems do not take place.

The LT300 is ideal for use in a wide variety of different testing scenarios due to its special armoured casing that surrounds the instrument. A built-in cover protects the interface of the tester when not in use, while IP54 weatherproof rating provides excellent protection in adverse conditions.
