Megger EGIL200 Circuit Breaker Analyser
Description

The Megger EGIL200 Circuit Breaker Analyser is a mid-range tester designed for use with medium- to high-voltage circuit breakers. It delivers accurate standard measurements, meeting the requirements of international regulations.

The Megger EGIL200 Circuit Breaker Analyser is an entirely configurable instrument that can be adapted to meet your requirements. The image below from Megger's datasheet explains how to build your custom model and highlights the options available.

Easy-to-Use & Intuitive

Efficiency and ease of use are at the forefront of the Megger EGIL200 Circuit Breaker Analyser’s design; it has been optimised to ensure minimum user input is required from start-up to documentation. For instance, the test setup is kept to a minimum so you can gather measurements quickly, while one-click reporting to PDF or printing (depending on your chosen configuration) makes documenting measurements simple and fast.

Furthermore, the Megger EGIL200 Circuit Breaker Analyser only features one hook-up to streamline connection to test objects. Other practical features include:

  • Dedicated control output for coil 2
  • Multifunctional control channels for managing control pulses and measuring station voltages and coil currents via a single connection
  • Galvanically insulated and polarity independent auxiliary contact timing channels which are automatically adapted for dry and wet contacts

Standard Measurements to International Requirements

The Megger EGIL200 Circuit Breaker Analyser can perform all the following measurements and operations to international IEC 62271 and IEEE C37 standards:

  • Timing of main and PIR contacts
  • Coil current analysis of close, open 1 and 2 coils
  • Station voltage measurements
  • Motion measurements
  • Motor current measurements
  • Minimum pickup voltage test for close, open 1, and open 2

Patented Active Interference Suppression technology guarantees accurate pre-insertion contact timing and resistance value measurement.

Ideal for Challenging Environments

Both the Megger EGIL200 Circuit Breaker Analyser and any supplied accessories (these vary depending on your chosen configuration) have been designed for use under demanding field conditions. For example, the Megger EGIL200 Circuit Breaker Analyser is housed in a rugged, IP67-rated case.

The Megger EGIL200 Circuit Breaker Analyser is a rugged, reliable, precise medium- and high-voltage circuit breaker analyser.
