Note: there are three versions of the DLRO100 available. They differ regarding their power sources; please see the table below for details.
SKU | Model Name | Mains Powered | Rechargeable Battery Powered |
1004-851 | Megger DLRO100E | ✔ | ✖ |
1004-875 | Megger DLRO100EB | ✖ | ✔ |
1004-872 | Megger DLRO100EB (1004-872) | ✔ | ✔ |
Measure low resistance levels with a high degree of precision using the Megger DLRO100E and DLRO100EB micro ohmmeters.
The tester includes three different test modes. In manual mode, the test is initiated by the user once the probes are in contact with the object under the test. In auto mode, the user selects the desired current, connects the leads and the test will start as soon as the potential leads are connected. Finally, there's a continuous mode; this function will require the user to connect the test leads and press the test button. In continuous mode, the instrument will continue to test, updating the display after every cycle until the test is deactivated by pressing the test button once again.
The DLRO100E/EB can be used to measure low resistance levels from as small as 0.1μΩ to 1.999Ω with a resolution of 0.1μΩ. The instrument's low measurement capabilities make it suitable for a huge variety of different applications including power stations, HV substations, solar power, electrical power utilities, power equipment, automotive user, chemical plants, and refineries, and for use in the aviation industry.
Megger ohmmeters are made tough and for use in both indoor and outdoor environments. The tester is encased in a protective carrying case and is IP54-protected (dust and limited water ingress) with the lid open and IP65-rated (dust/water protection) with the lid closed.
The battery-powered version (DLRO100EB) includes a built-in lithium-ion rechargeable battery capacity for up to 200 single tests. Both units can also be powered via an AC line connection if there's a power outlet available.
*Please note that test lead sets are NOT included as standard with this tester and must be ordered separately.
