Martindale TM2 Waterproof Digital Food Penetration Thermometer

This thermometer is available in three different colours: red, yellow and white. The different colours are designed to aid people within kitchens/food preperation areas in preventing food cross-contamination by assigning a specific colour to specific foods.

Equipped with a strong, thin probe, the Martindale TM2 is a great solution for quickly checking the core temperature of various types of food.

With accuracy of up to 0.5°C, the TM2 always produces reliable results. Temperature values can be measured in either Celsius or Fahrenheit (with dedicated button for quick switching) with measurement range of -40 to 250°C.

With the MIN/MAX feature, users can log the minimum or maximum value taken over a time period. A dedicated hold function is also included and will freeze the current value on the screen when the hold button is pressed.

The Martindale TM2 is IP67 rated (waterproof) and is supplied with a protective sheath for storage.
