By using the Martindale TEK200 Non-Contact Voltage and Magnetic Indicator you will be able to detect the presence of any level of polarity and voltage of any size magnetic field within seconds. It is able to do this with any magnetic field that has been produced or given off by a relay, transformer, indicator or solenoid.
A self-testing option has been built into this non-contact voltage indicator which, when selected for use, will activate the tip of the tester which has a sensor programmed to 50Hz. Whilst doing this, it will also perform a test on the LED and battery.
As well as performing these functions, this magnetic indicator can incorporate all of the abilities that are found in a TEK100 voltage indicator. By doing this, a slim and versatile instrument with ergonomic and flame retardant ABS housing is produced to provide accurate results.
The Martindale TEK200 Non-Contact Voltage and Magnetic Indicator is powered by a 9V alkaline battery that is supplied with the kit.
