Applying a tag such as this is an essential part of lockout/tagout to warn others that equipment is currently deactivated and shouldn't be used until the work is completed.
Each tag is double sided with the message 'Do Not Operate Electrician Working' on one side with a danger symbol and 'Equipment Locked Off' and space for written information on the reverse side.
The tags include a hole cut-out for easy attachment.
