A standalone receiver, the FD650R is used to upgrade an existing Martindale FD500 or FD600 from an analogue instrument into a digital instrument.
The FD650R includes two modes: automatic and manual. The automatic mode has integrated memory and automatically adjusts sensitivity to gain accurate results, while the manual mode uses the instrument's built in bargraph for rapid fuse finding.
The integrated bargraph increases auatomatcially alongside signal strength. As the strength increases, so will the bargraph, making it easy to determine where the fuse is located. A built-in non-contact voltage indicator is also included.
