Supplied as standard with two type-K thermocouples, the Martindale DT85 can measure temperature from two points simultaneously, making it ideal for detecting problematic temperature differences on everything from pipes to any other surface.
By using the included type K probes, the DT85 can measure temperature across a huge range from -200 to 1372°C (-100 to 2501°F) with selectable Celsius/Fahrenheit modes. Measurements from both probes can be shown simultaneously, so you to tell at a glance what the difference is between two measurement points. It's also possible to display T1 or T2 (each thermocouple probe's measurements) separately or to switch the tester to the aforementioned T1-T2 mode.
Martindale's DT85 also has a relative mode which will zero the current reading and store it as a reference value plus comes with a hold mode for showing MAX, MIN, DIFF and AVG readings.
