Martindale CO190 Temperature & Carbon Monoxide (CO) Meter

The Martindale CO190 Temperature & Carbon Monoxide (CO) Meter can be used to measure CO (carbon monoxide) levels between 0 and 1000ppm, as well as temperatures between -20°C and 70°C / -4°F and 158°F. 

Measurements are indicated via the clear LCD display. Furthermore, CO readings are accompanied by an audible beep which increases in frequency as the concentration of carbon monoxide intensifies. CO readings in excess of 200ppm are accompanied by a continuous tone, whilst carbon monoxide concentrations above 1000ppm are accompanied by continuous beeping with a high-frequency tone. An ‘OL’ symbol is displayed on the LCD to indicate that an over-range reading has been detected.

In addition to this, the Martindale CO190 Temperature & Carbon Monoxide (CO) Meter features an adjustable carbon monoxide alarm. The default alarm threshold is programmed at 35ppm but can be altered to anywhere between 0 and 1000ppm.

Using the Max button the user can measure and view the highest reading recorded over the measurement period. Alternatively, the Hold button can be engaged to freeze the current reading on the screen, providing the user with ample time to record the measurement.

Via the display, the user can also view the low-battery indicator. The Martindale CO190 Temperature & Carbon Monoxide (CO) Meter has a battery life of approximately 200 hours.

This instrument has also been ergonomically and ruggedly designed to ensure easy handling and suitability for tough environments. It is ideal for conducting measurements on-site. Moreover, its alarm function, audible concentration indicator and ability to retain measurements on-screen, make this CO detector and thermometer ideal for applications in difficult-to-access areas and applications with a challenging line of sight.
