The Mark-10 MESUR™ Gauge Plus Software is an easy-to-use, effective and eclectic analysis, documenting ad programming tool. Like its sister product, the Mark-10 MESUR™ Gauge Software, it can be used with a Mark-10’s force and torque measuring gauges and indicators, as well as select Mark-10 test stands. However, this version (the Mark-10 MESUR™ Gauge Plus Software) varies in that it is also able to control the motion of compatible Mark-10 ESM303, ESM303H, ESM750, ESM750S, ESM1500 and ESM1500S Motorised Test Stands, allowing the user to coordinate motion control and data collection with a single click.

The user is able to save customised test setups to the Mark-10 MESUR™ Gauge Plus Software which may be recalled when required. The user can program test parameters such as start and stop conditions including load, time, distance and sample break. It is also possible to configure select Mark-10 gauges remotely from a PC.

The Mark-10 MESUR™ Gauge Plus Software simulates a large version of the force/ torque instrument’s display allowing the user to monitor load and travel data in real-time. Data is displayed in a tabular or graphical format and the user can view load vs time or load vs travel vs time. Further to this, the Mark-10 MESUR™ Gauge Plus Software will automatically perform recalculations for custom data ranges and includes other useful data analysis functions such as statistical calculations and pass/ fail indicators.

Acquired data can be used to generate customised reports. Alternatively, data can be exported from the Mark-10 MESUR™ Gauge Plus Software to MS Excel at the touch of a button.
