A versatile torque and force gauge, the Mark-10 M7i Professional Force/ Torque Indicator is designed for use with an array of Mark-10 Plug & Test® Remote Sensors, enabling compression, tension, and force testing. Calibration and configuration data is saved in the Plug & Test® Sensor’s smart connector providing true interchangeability. Additionally, sensors are password-protected to prevent unauthorised or accidental use. Please see the video below for a quick introduction to Mark-10's Plug & Test® force/ torque indicators and sensors.
Flexibility is improved by user-selectable measurement units: choose from five units, as well as a coefficient of friction unit, and a user-defined unit with a configurable name. Moreover, you can program set points with indicators and outputs, as well as footswitch functions. You may configure up to three functions per footswitch activation. Additionally, the Mark-10 M7i can be used with Mark-10’s motorised test stands (sold separately) to conduct break testing and dynamic load holding.
The Mark-10 M7i Professional Force/ Torque Indicator has a sampling rate of 14 000Hz ensuring that it can deliver reliable results for quick-action tests. It provides first and second peak detection, and break detection with auto functions, for example, zeroing or halting the movement of the test stand. In addition to this, the Mark-10 M7i Professional Force/ Torque Indicator includes an Averaging mode and an External Trigger mode for switch contact testing and remotely stopping the display update.
Data can be saved to the Mark-10 M7i Professional Force/ Torque Indicator’s internal memory. It supports high-speed continuous data capture and can store up to 5000 readings. The Mark-10 M7i Professional Force/ Torque Indicator also offers automatic data output via USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, and analogue outputs. Once downloaded to a PC, data may be tabulated using the supplied Mark-10 MESUR® Lite Data Acquisition Software and/ or exported to Excel.
The Mark-10 M7i Professional Force/ Torque Indicator is a versatile, sophisticated, yet simple-to-use force and torque gauge capable of delivering accurate results under an array of test conditions.
