The Klauke EKSD50ML Cable Stripper Tool is a quick wire stripper that delivers fast, effortless stripping and cutting with minimal effort from the panel builder. It automatically strips wires/cables with diameters between 6 and 35mm², retracting without user input when the operation is complete, thereby reducing the possibility of repetitive strain injury. The Klauke EKSD50ML also offers manual retraction as required. Stripping and cutting can be performed using one replaceable insert, while the stripping length may be adjusted up to 28mm via the cable stop. Suitable for all common insulation types, this practical stripping tool offers other useful features such as an LED light, LED maintenance display, and compatibility with the Klauke Link App.

Effortless Cable Stripper Tool

Designed to deliver excellent stripping results with minimal input/effort on the part of the panel builder, the Klauke EKSD50ML Wire Stripper includes an intuitive PowerSense function that makes it easy to strip all common types of conductor with the convenience of an electromechanical tool. This quick wire stripper will automatically retract when the operation is complete; although, manual retraction is also available. A cable stop allows you to adjust the stripping length up to 28mm and, while stripping and cutting can be performed using the same insert, the Klauke EKSD50ML is compatible with multiple dies that enable cable cutting, stripping and crimping of cable lugs and wire end ferrules.

Dies/inserts are replaced quickly and easily, ensuring the Klauke EKSD50ML Wire Stripper can be adjusted as necessary on-site. The Klauke EKSD50ML Cable Stripper is compact making it ideal for use in confined spaces and includes practical features such as an integrated LED work light; a powerful 10.8V Li-ion battery with charge status display; and an LED maintenance display. 

Easy-to-Use Cable Stripper Tool

Designed for both right- and left-handed users, all the Klauke EKSD50ML Wire Stripper’s functions can be controlled via one button. The Klauke EKSD50ML Stripping Tool is also compatible with Klauke’s project-based reporting software the Klauke Link App.

Klauke Link App

Available for free on Android and iOS, the Klauke Link App allows you to check and manage your tool data. Klauke tools can be added to the app manually or via Bluetooth. Once added you can view the tool’s last service date; the previous five pressure values; the tool’s temperature; and the number of crimps that can be made with the connected tool. You can adjust the tool’s settings via the app, such as the number of warning tones for an incorrect crimp and the double-click function for increased user safety. It’s also possible to download tool instructions and how-to videos as well as find your nearest service centre. Finally, a Last Seen Location function means panel builders can track the location of their tools.
