Kewtech EZYPAT-PLUS PAT Tester - Kit 1
This kit consists of the Kewtech EZYPAT-PLUS PAT Tester supplied with the standard manufacturer’s accessories, as well as a selection of additional PAT testing accessories.
The EZYPAT-PLUS is the intermediate model in Kewtech’s EZYPAT/ SMARTPAT range of PAT testers. It is optimised for PAT testing Class I and Class II appliances, as well as extension leads. Unlike its sister product, the Kewtech EZYPAT, this instrument can be used to PAT test Class I and Class II appliances with electronic on/off switches, such as computers and TVs.

The Kewtech EZYPAT-PLUS PAT Tester also includes pre-programmed test sequences for Class I and Class II appliances, as well as extension leads. These test sequences can be run by pressing the clearly labelled function buttons on the front of the instrument.
It is supplied with an array of Kewtech accessories which can be used to adapt the lightweight and ergonomic tester to facilitate a number of tests. It is supplied with an EZYEARTH Earth Continuity Test Lead with Probe and Crocodile Clip, EZYLEAD Extension Lead Adapter, and EZYMAIN Mains Lead.
This instrument is also equipped with a number of features and functions designed to improve the accuracy and safety of this tester. It features a Test Lead Null setting which nullifies the resistance of test leads in order to ascertain a more accurate resistance reading. In addition to this, the PAT Tester includes an Appliance Pre-check for determining whether the instrument-under-investigation is powered on or off prior to conducting tests, thereby protecting both the user and tester from damage.
Measurements and results are indicated on the large, backlit display. Via the display, the user can view a numerical value and a written PASS or FAIL indication. The backlight will also change colour to indicate when a test has been passed or failed. A green light indicates a PASS and a red light indicates a FAIL.
Multiple, clear result indicators add to the ease-of-use and practicality of this tester; as does its replaceable battery which is able to supply enough power for up to 1400 tests throughout its lifetime. The Kewtech EZYPAT-PLUS PAT Tester is a battery-powered, non-downloading PAT tester. It is ideal for checking Class I and Class II appliances with and without electronic switches, as well as extension leads.
