Kern OZM 952/3 Stereo Microscope Sets – Jointed Arm with Clamp

The Kern OZM 952/3 Stereo Microscope Sets – Jointed Arm with Clamp is available in two versions:

• Kern OZM 952 Binocular Stereo Microscope Sets – Jointed Arm with Clamp
• Kern OZM 953 Trinocular Stereo Microscope Sets – Jointed Arm with Clamp

These models differ only in regards to their tube designs. As a result, it is possible to connect a camera to the Kern OZM 953 Trinocular Stereo Microscope via a C-mount adapter (NOT included, see ‘Accessories’), allowing the operator to use it as a digital microscope suitable for documenting and creating quality reports; however, it is NOT possible to connect a camera to the Kern OZM 952 Binocular Stereo Microscope.

In all other respects, these two pre-configured microscope sets are identical. Each features a zoom objective that is able to provide the user with continuous magnification between 0.7x and 4.5x. Moreover, both of the Kern OZM 952/3 Stereo Microscope Sets are equipped with the following components:

• Stand: jointed arm with clamp
• Holder: coarse focusing knob and adjustable torque of the hand wheels
• Illumination: 4.5W LED ring light

The 4.5W LED ring light provides excellent illumination of the sample; this, coupled with the Kern OZM 952/3 Stereo Microscope Sets’ continuous magnification ranges, ensures that the user is able to capture sharp, high-contrast, colour-true images.

In addition to the Kern OZM 952/3 Stereo Microscope Sets’ excellent resolution, these microscopes also provide the user with a large working distance and an extra-large field of view.

Furthermore, the Kern OZM 952/3 Stereo Microscope Sets include jointed-arm universal stands with clamps, adding to the adaptability and flexibility of these instruments. Their separate height adjustments and pull-out hinged arms ensure that it is possible to inspect large samples, whilst the clamp provides a method by which the user can attach the microscope to any workbench, adding to the Kern OZM 952/3 Stereo Microscope Sets’ practicality and adaptability.
