Kern ORF 2WM Digital Wine Refractometer

The Kern ORF 2WM Digital Wine Refractometer can be used to measure the sugar content of fruit in order to determine the expected alcohol yield and/or degree of ripeness. It is, therefore, suitable for agricultural applications such as wine-growing (viticulture) and fruit-growing, wine-production, and must and alcohol production.

Measurements are viewable via the large, TFT display with integrated temperature indication. This refractometer also includes software optimised for displaying measurements in different scales.

The need to convert measurements manually is eradicated as a result of the Kern ORF 2WM Wine Digital Refractometer’s automatic temperature compensation function. Moreover, the automatic temperature compensation function adds to the accuracy of the Kern ORF 2WM Wine Digital Refractometer, as does its factory calibration. These features also ensure that the Kern ORF 2WM Digital Wine Refractometer is ready-to-use immediately.

The Kern ORF 2WM Digital Wine Refractometer is easy to maintain, after each application it can be cleaned by rinsing under running water. Its IP65 construction ensures that it will not be damaged by water or dust ingress.
