The Kern HFD Triple-Range, High-Resolution Crane Scales feature a stable, robust construction including solid, non-revolving shackles. This makes the Kern HFD Triple-Range, High-Resolution Crane Scales suitable for continuous use within industrial environments.

These scales are also compliant with EN 13155 (non-fixed load lifting attachments/ breakage resistance) and EN 61010-1 (electrical safety) specifications and so include a TÜV certification mark.

Further to this, their compact, lightweight and rechargeable-battery-operated design ensure that these Kern HFD Triple-Range, High-Resolution Crane Scales can be transported easily between and across worksites. They are therefore ideal for use in dispatch centres, warehouses and production industries.

The internal battery pack is able to supply the Kern HFD Triple-Range, High-Resolution Crane Scales with up to eighty hours of power (without backlight) and has a charging time of twelve hours. Alternatively, these scales can be powered using the included mains adapter.

Also adding to the versatility and practicality of the Kern HFD Triple-Range, High-Resolution Crane Scales is their ability to be operated remotely via the included radio remote control (supplied with 2x 1.5V AAA batteries). This control provides access to all the Kern HFD Triple-Range, High-Resolution Crane Scales’ measurement parameters and functions. It has a range of up to 20m.

The Kern HFD Triple-Range, High-Resolution Crane Scales feature Hold and Tare measurement functions. Once a stable measurement has been detected the Hold function will freeze the reading on the screen until the Hold button is pressed.

The Tare function can be used to reset the scale to zero when there is a load on the scale. This allows the user to measure the addition or removal of loads directly.

Measurements are indicated on the Kern HFD Triple-Range, High-Resolution Crane Scales’ bright, backlit display with a digit height of 30mm.
