Kern CCS Counting System (6kg - 3000kg) - Choice of Model

Kern's CCS contains everything you'll need for creating a high accuracy, easy-to-use counting system.

This product comes as standard with two items - a Kern KFP Quantity Scale and a Kern CFS Reference Scale. When combined, these two instruments allow the user to create a comprehensive system that allows both weighing and counting to be carried out simultaneously. These systems have a counting resolution of up to 999 999 points (model dependent). 

It is possible to program these units using the Kern CFS' numerical keypad. This allows adjustments to be made to the required reference quantity and the known reference weight. The Kern CFS Reference Scale features three displays for the weight, reference weight and total pieces. Additional functions such as 100 item memory (readings can be saved with additional text, a reference weight and tare weight), fill-to-target function and an RS232 are also included as standard.

Moreover, the Kern CCS Counting Systems include a Piece Counting function, as well as a totalising function, and can be programmed to include high and low alarms. When the limits of the programmed alarms are reached or breached the Kern CCS Counting System will issue an audible and visual alarm.
