ITL 00175 Curved Wire Stripper (UK)

The ITL 00175 Curved Wire Stripper is designed for the UK market and as such includes the following features:

• 6-32 screw shearing holes
• 10-32 screw shearing holes

It can be used to strip wires between 10 and 20mm and 0.8 and 2.6mm.

The ITL 00175 Curved Wire Stripper’s jaws feature precision shear-type blades designed for performing accurate and clean cuts on solid and stranded wires. Markings are present on both sides of the ITL 00175 Curved Wire Stripper's jaws ensuring that they are easy-to-read regardless of the tool’s orientation.

Moreover, the ITL 00175 Curved Wire Stripper’s narrow, strong-gripping, serrated nose ensures that it can be used to bend, shape and pull wires in cramped spaces. The curved design of the insulated handles also makes this instrument suitable for use in tight spaces. The handles’ ergonomic design ensures that the operator is able to grip them securely and comfortably thereby reducing user fatigue, whilst its coil spring provides a fast, self-opening action. This spring also locks allowing the ITL 00175 Curved Wire Stripper to be conveniently stored.  

The ITL 00175 Curved Wire Stripper’s handles are 7.5-inches in length and have been constructed from nylon thermoplastic. They have been thoroughly tested to conform to IEC 60900 regulations. Moreover, the ITL 00175 Curved Wire Stripper has been tested to 10 000V and is rated for 1000V ensuring that the user is thoroughly protected.
