The Isotech Isocal 6 Hyperion 4936 Temperature Calibrator has a temperature range of -25°C to +140°C and can calibrate entire measurement loops using a heat source rather than an electrical simulator; this means test instruments and sensors can be calibrated as a system.

Additional accessories are required to convert the Isotech Isocal 6 Hyperion 4936 Temperature Calibrator for use in Blackbody Source, Surface Sensor Calibration and ITS-90 Fixed Point mode. Moreover, when used as a liquid bath, the fluid can be poured directly into the Isotech Isocal 6 Hyperion 4936 Temperature Calibrator’s block or into a liquid container. Pouring liquid directly into the block removes the need for specially drilled blocks, however, liquid containers enable rapid change of fluids. When using the Isotech Isocal 6 Hyperion 4936 Temperature Calibrator with a liquid container, dry block insert, blackbody target or surface sensor kit, it is recommended that a separate reference thermometer is used to compensate for varying offsets between the controller and accessory temperature.
When used as a stirred liquid bath, the Isotech Isocal 6 Hyperion 4936 Temperature Calibrator can provide accuracies of up to 0.005°C (using a reference thermometer) and can calibrate temperature sensors in all shapes and sizes. In Dry Block mode, because the Isotech Isocal 6 Hyperion 4936 Temperature Calibrator has a depth of 65mm, it can be used to calibrate larger probes or multiple sensors simultaneously.
