Hikmicro G40 Handheld Thermal Camera

Suitable for finding faults in substations, petrochemical plants, and machining factories, the Hikmicro G40 Handheld Thermal Camera is an infrared-imaging camera with a 480 x 360px resolution thermal detector and 8MP resolution optical detector. Images are displayed on the 4.3-inch touchscreen LCD. This easy-to-use and ergonomically designed thermal imaging camera has an operating time of up to four continuous hours.

Along with a <35mK thermal sensitivity, the Hikmicro G40 Handheld Thermal Camera offers a temperature range of -20°C to +650°C. It can measure temperature to an accuracy of ±2°C/2%. It also supports Auto, Manual, and Laser focus and is equipped with a range of measurement tools including Centre Spot, Hot Spot, Cold Spot, and User Preset Point/Line/Area. The thermal imager features 4 handy imaging modes, thermal, optical, fusion and PiP (picture in picture).

Thermal imaging modes

The Hikmicro G series cameras feature text and voice annotation features and also have built-in microphones and speakers. Add important details to any image or video, even while you're on site. These annotations can then be used later on when you edit or analyse the images, or when you create reports using the Hikmicro Analyser software (download for free).

Hikmicro Viewer

To download the images and videos from your Hikmicro thermal camera to your phone, you can connect it to the Hikmicro Viewer app. This will enable you to share your findings with your team. With the live view and remote control feature, you can live stream what's on your G40 screen directly to your phone. This allows you to monitor and inspect from a safe distance or in hard-to-reach locations. In addition, you can analyse images using radiometric data, adjust levels and spans, add measurements, switch modes, create reports, and more! The app unlocks new potential for your thermal camera.
