The Hikmicro AD21 Acoustic Water Leak Detector is an ultrasonic tester for identifying and pinpointing water leaks in plumbing, water services, and residential/commercial properties. It has a frequency range of 150 Hz to 7500Hz and supports four selectable digital bandpass filters and amplification up to 80dB. Data is displayed on the seven-inch 1024 x 600px touchscreen LCD. In addition to a display unit, the Hikmicro AD21 Acoustic Detector comprises a rugged pick-up sensor and handheld sensor. Specifically designed for technicians and plumbers, the Hikmicro A21 offers up to eleven hours of continuous operation ensuring it can withstand a full day’s work.

Acoustic Inspection

The Himicro AD21 can receive signals between 150Hz and 7500Hz. Amplification up to 80dB, combined with four selectable digital bandpass filters, helps technicians and plumbers locate indoor water leaks. The Hikmicro AD21 offers the following digital bandpass ranges:

• 3000 to 6000Hz
• 4500 to 7500Hz

Equipped with two inspection modes, Quick and Route, the Hikmicro AD21 can be adapted to suit the user’s needs and may be used as necessary with handheld and pick-up sensors to locate the scope of the leakage point; improve detection efficiency, and reduce the losses caused by leakage.
