TestSafe TS-HV11 High Voltage Personal Detector - 11.4kV

When a person wearing the detector approaches a high voltage source the detector will emit a warning alarm and an LED light indicator will flash, indicating to both the person wearing the detector and those around that high voltage has been detected within the immediate vicinity.
