HD Electric HVA-2000 High Voltage Digital Ammeter

The HD Electric HVA-2000 High Voltage Digital Ammeter can be used to take true-RMS AC current measurements up to 2000A, 25-500Hz. It can be used on systems with voltages up to 500kV.

The HD Electric HVA-2000 High Voltage Digital Ammeter can take spot-load studies at transformers or any mid-span location and can conduct phase balance studies on primary and secondary lines. The HD Electric HVA-2000 High Voltage Digital Ammeter can determine measurements to an accuracy of 1%.

Readings are indicated on the HD Electric HVA-2000 High Voltage Digital Ammeter’s large, bright LED display. This display remains easy-to-read even when the HD Electric HVA-2000 High Voltage Digital Ammeter is placed at the end of a long telescoping hotstick. The user can set the HD Electric HVA-2000 High Voltage Digital Ammeter to display real-time measurements or to retain the highest measurement determined throughout the measurement period (Peak Hold).

Furthermore, the HD Electric HVA-2000 High Voltage Digital Ammeter will save the last four measurements detected, removing the need for the user to bring the unit back down between each reading.

The HD Electric HVA-2000 High Voltage Digital Ammeter features a compact, lightweight design with both universal spline and shotgun stick hotstick connections. It is constructed to accommodate conductors up to 2.75”/ 7cm.
