HD Electric DigiVolt-25T Single-Stick Voltmeter w/ Capacitive Test

The HD Electric DigiVolt-25T Single-Stick Voltmeter with Capacitive Test Point Mode is a compact, simple-to-use, highly precise voltmeter and phasing instrument with the additional capability of being able to conduct phasing and measurements at elbow test points.

This instrument is equipped with a ground lead and is capable of measuring voltages between 50V and 25kV from phase-to-ground and phase-to-phase. It is suitable for measuring voltages and phase conductors on overhead and underground (ADDITIONAL probes required) systems and can be used to ascertain whether two conductors are in-phase or out-of-phase with each other.

In addition to this, the HD Electric DigiVolt-25T Single-Stick Phasing Voltmeter is suitable for measuring voltages in Metal Enclosed Switch Gear and can be used to verify that a conductor is de-energised before grounding. It can also be used to discharge underground cables and other equipment holding capacitive charges, as well as ascertain whether a section of underground cable is defective (when used with HD Electric’s Cable Fault Testers).

The HD Electric DigiVolt-25T Single-Stick Phasing Voltmeter can measure AC and DC voltages; it measures DC through 1000Hz AC RMS. Readings are accurate to within 1% of the reading and are indicated via the 0.4”/ 1.0cm LCD display with a decimal point and backlight.  

The HD Electric DigiVolt-25T Single-Stick Phasing Voltmeter is also equipped with integrated universal splines for the attachment of standard hotsticks. Furthermore, its 10kV-rated coiled cord (3.5’/ 1.7m in length when retracted and 12’/ 3.6m in length when extended, optional lengths are available) features strain relief fittings to reduce damage to the cable at the point of highest stress.

This volt measuring and phasing instrument is also supplied with overhead brass hook contact probes and a 9V field-replaceable lithium/ alkaline battery. To conserve battery life, the HD Electric DigiVolt-25T Single-Stick Phasing Voltmeter also includes an Auto Shut-Off function and a low-battery indicator.
