The Hanna HI-99161 is suitable for measuring pH in food and includes a specialised food pH electrode. The HI-99161 measures various foods, including soft cheeses, sushi rice, milk, ready meals, mayonnaise, ketchup, food sauces, jams, chutneys, and all types of semi-solid foods.
The meter is water-resistant and easy to clean. It has a large LCD screen displaying the continuous readout of pH and temperature and step-by-step guidance for pH calibration.
