The Guide TrackIR Pro Handheld Thermal Monocular is optimised for professional hunters. All three models have a 50Hz frame rate and include a thermal detector with a 640 x 480px (at 12µm) resolution. This provides sharp, dynamic, fluid imaging throughout the field-of-view and at significant distances. The Guide TrackIR Pro Handheld Thermal Monocular can be adapted to suit a variety of applications, environments and conditions. To this end, it is equipped with an array of thermal imaging features, functions and modes:
Footage is displayed on the Guide TrackIR Pro Handheld Thermal Monocular’s 0.4-inch, full-colour, 1280 x 960px HD display. Support for Wi-Fi means users can also watch video captured by the Guide TrackIR Pro in real-time on their smartphone/ tablet with the Guide app installed. Additionally, hunters can operate the Guide TrackIR Pro Handheld Thermal Monocular remotely using the Guide App, a smartphone/tablet and a Wi-Fi connection.
When in-the-field, navigating the Guide TrackIR Pro Handheld Thermal Monocular’s features and functions is easy as it includes a simple control interface consisting of three silent and intuitive buttons.
Silent buttons, noiseless shutter calibration, an anti-light-leakage eyepiece and a work light that can be switched off, all help to conceal the user’s position, making the Guide TrackIR Pro Handheld Thermal Monocular ideal for covert operations.
Moreover, the Guide TrackIR Pro Handheld Thermal Monocular includes a Picatinny rail to which additional accessories, such as a laser rangefinder, lighting and/or power bank (NOT included), can be attached. This allows the user to adapt the IR monocular for security, night patrol, law enforcement, and search and rescue missions.
Additionally, to ensure suitability for outdoor applications, the Guide TrackIR Pro Handheld Thermal Monocular has been designed to include a rugged, IP66-rated casing that has been drop-tested from 1m. It also includes a large-capacity 6000mAH battery that is capable of powering the monocular for approximately 4.5 hours, a USB Type-C port for charging, and a Micro HDMI connection for video transmission.
