Fluke TiS75+ Thermal Imaging Camera
The Fluke TiS75+ Thermal Imaging Camera is a handheld infrared-imaging camera with a resolution of 384px x 288px, a 40mk thermal sensitivity, and a -50°C to +550°C temperature range with a ±2°C/2% accuracy. It is also equipped with a 42° x 30° field-of-view, a minimum focus distance of 0.5m, and supports both manual and fixed focus.
Furthermore, it includes an array of imaging and annotation functions. It has 6 colour palettes, colour alarms, measurement tools, and a Picture-in-Picture mode.
Dew Point Colour Alarm
The Fluke TiS75+ also features a Dew Point Colour Alarm. It functions by calculating the Dew Point and subsequently displaying everything within the FOV that is at the dew point temperature or below as a thermal image, and everything in the FOV that is above the dew point temperature as a digital image. This allows the user to see where condensation is forming and asses where objects are on the dew point scale.
In addition to this, thermographers can use the camera’s voice annotations feature to add voice notes (up to 60s) to every thermal image. This means users can identify and record faults in real time. Moreover, individuals can save time identifying images by using the IR-PhotoNotes function to capture photos of asset numbers or other identifiers. These images serve as a reference when looking at thermal pictures on a computer.
Asset Tagging
Similarly, as the Fluke TiS75+ is Fluke Connect enabled, it supports asset taggin
g. Users need only scan an asset’s QR code and the TiS75+ will automatically save corresponding images to the asset’s dedicated folder. This results in greater overall efficiency as thermographers do not need to spend time sorting images.
The Fluke TiS75+ Thermal Imaging Camera is a water- and dust-resistant (IP54), handheld, infrared-imaging camera. It has been drop-tested from 2m and is equipped with a 3.5” VGA touchscreen display. It is ideal for efficient, proactive maintenance and allows users to capture thermal images with the relevant information embedded in the picture.
