The Fluke T6-600 Electrical Tester with FieldSense Technology can be used to measure AC current and voltage without using test leads.* This is facilitated by its 17.8mm jaw and FieldSense technology; for a quick introduction to this product, please see the following video.
The inclusion of FieldSense technology improves the efficiency with which the user can conduct measurements. It also works to improve the practicality and safety of this instrument. Using this technology the operator does not need to connect the tester to the conductor-under-investigation via test leads or metallic contact; this removes the risk of accidental contact with energised wires or incorrect conductors. It also improves the ease with which this tester may be handled, making it suitable for use in difficult-to-access and/or tight spaces. The Fluke T6-600 Electrical Tester with FieldSense Technology is particularly well suited to testing crowded junction boxes and measuring conductors with hard-to-reach endpoints. For further information regarding the Fluke T6-600 Electrical Tester’s FieldSense technology, please see the document titled ‘Fluke’s Note on FieldSense Technology’, listed under the Technical Specifications.
In order to measure AC/DC voltage up to 600V and AC current up to 200A, the 17.8mm jaw is placed around the instrument-under-investigation. This tester is also capable of measuring resistance between 1Ω and 2Ω and may be used to verify voltage and continuity measurements.
The Fluke T6-600 is capable of performing True-RMS measurements for AC voltage and current. Measurements are viewable via the backlit digital display. For further information regarding the Fluke T6-600 Electrical Tester with FieldSense Technology’s measurement capabilities and for information regarding how to operate this tester, please see the ‘how-to’ guide listed under the Technical Specifications.
The simple and convenient design of this product, coupled with its FieldSense technology, means that it can be operated using a single hand, this makes it particularly well suited for use in challenging environments. Adding to its practicality is the included test leads’ compatibility with Fluke’s test clips, ensuring that the Fluke T6-600 can be easily adapted to suit a variety of applications. Further to this, the 4mm SlimReach Probe Tips provided with this instrument are compliant with national electrical standards, again making this instrument suitable for a variety of applications.
Finally, this instrument has been drop-tested to up to 3m (10 feet). The Fluke T6-600 Electrical Tester with FieldSense Technology’s robust and ergonomic design combined with its extensive measurement capabilities make it ideal for commercial and/or light industrial electricians. It has been optimised for efficiency, safety and practicality, without compromising its accuracy and reliability, making this tester ideal for troubleshooting and individual circuit verification applications.
*If the user and/or other equipment being used as part of the test are fully isolated from the earth ground a test lead may be required.
The Fluke 62 MAX+ Infrared Thermometer can be used to measure temperatures between -30°C and 650°C (-22°F to 1202°F).
Measurements can be viewed via the large, backlit display, making the Fluke 62 MAX+ Infrared Thermometer suitable for use in visually challenging areas.
This instrument can be set to display the minimum, maximum or average temperatures; alternatively, the Fluke 62 MAX+ Infrared Thermometer can be adjusted to indicate the difference between two measured temperatures. This thermometer can also accommodate high and low alarms, allowing the user to quickly and easily see measurements which exceed the upper or lower limits. These functions add to the adaptability of the Fluke 62 MAX+ Infrared Thermometer, allowing the user to tailor it to the application.
In addition to its extensive measurement capabilities and adaptability, the Fluke 62 MAX+ Infrared Thermometer has been optimised for ease-of-use. To this end, it includes dual lasers which work to aid the user in identifying the area to be measured. The measurement area is the spot between the laser dots. This precise laser technology also adds to the accuracy and reliability of this IR thermometer.
Further to this, the Fluke 62 MAX+ Infrared Thermometer’s ergonomic design has been optimised so that it fits into the user’s hand more comfortably. This compact, lightweight product can be attached to a tool loop or belt and fits neatly into a toolbox, ensuring that it is easy to transport this thermometer across and between work sites.
Moreover, the Fluke 62 MAX+ Infrared Thermometer is IP54 rated: it is resistant to dust and water ingress. Additionally, this IR thermometer has been drop-tested to 3m (9.8 feet). Its resilient, rugged design makes the Fluke 62 MAX+ Infrared Thermometer suitable for use in a variety of challenging environments. Please see the video below for an indication of this product's resilience.
The Fluke 62 MAX+ Infrared Thermometer is a compact, easy-to-use, reliable IR thermometer with extensive measurement capabilities. It is suitable for determining whether an electrical panel has a hot spot, a motor is overheating, or an HVAC system is inefficient. Like the included Fluke T6-600 Electrical Tester with FieldSense Technology, it is ideal for conducting measurements in hard-to-reach or hazardous areas.
The Fluke 1 AC-II VoltAlert Voltage Detector can be used to detect AC voltages between 200 and 1000V.
This instrument is ideal for electricians, maintenance, service and safety personnel as well as homeowners or any individual who requires a non-contact method to test for energised circuits.
The user needs only to touch the tip of the Fluke 1 AC-II VoltAlert Voltage Detector to a terminal strip, outlet or supply cord to determine if an AC voltage is present. If the tip glows red and the detector beeps, then an AC voltage is present.
To ensure that the operator always has piece-of-mind that the unit is operating correctly, the Fluke 1 AC-II VoltAlert Voltage Detector includes Voltbeat™ technology and continually self-tests to ensure that it is always functional.
Further to this, the Fluke 1 AC-II VoltAlert Voltage Detector is rated CAT IV 1000V for added protection and is supplied with a two-year warranty.
The Fluke 1 AC-II VoltAlert Voltage Detector is a simple-to-use, reliable and resilient instrument, ideal for preserving the safety of individuals when working with circuits.
The Fluke C60 Soft Case can accommodate two test tools as well as test leads and accessories.
It is constructed from durable, long-lasting fabric and includes two padded pockets for two test instruments and a pouch for test leads and/or additional accessories.
The Fluke C60 Soft Case makes transporting test equipment and accessories across and between worksites easy.
