As mentioned above, the Fluke T150 Two-Pole Voltage and Continuity Tester has been updated to include improved safety features, one such feature is a CableHealth function. This function continuously and automatically checks the condition of the Fluke T150's test lead giving the user peace of mind that his/her two-pole voltage/ continuity tester is operating safely and correctly and is issuing reliable results.
As this function operates continuously and automatically in the background, requiring no input from the operator, it will verify the soundness and continuity of the Fluke T150’s test lead before, during and after measurements.
If the test lead is in good health the CableHealth indicator will not illuminate; however, if this red band lights up the user will know immediately that there is a fault with his/her test lead. The CableHealth function will issue this visual alert even if it detects an intermittent failure, ensuring that the user is always informed of the condition and therefore safety and reliability of his/her Fluke T150 Two-Pole Voltage and Continuity Tester.
