The Fluke P5513-2700G Pneumatic Calibrator with Reference Pressure Gauge is a product combination including the Fluke P5513 Pneumatic Pressure Comparator and a selection of either one or three, accredited or unaccredited Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges. The Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges transform the Fluke P5513 Pneumatic Test Pump into a pneumatic calibrator, thereby facilitating the calibration of dial gauges, digital test gauges and pressure transmitters against a master instrument, in this instance the Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauge.
These products, when used together, offer an alternative to traditional deadweight testers; for more information regarding the advantages and disadvantages of deadweight testers vs pressure comparators and reference pressure gauges, please see the attached documents listed under Technical Specifications. Please see below for descriptions of the products included in this selection.
The Fluke P5513 Pneumatic Pressure Comparator is a pneumatic test pump which is transformed into a pneumatic calibrator, optimised for the calibration of gas pressure gauges, when used with the included Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges.
The Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauge expands the Fluke P5513’s lower range capability and can be easily attached, without PTFE tape or wrenches, via the test port adapters.
The Fluke P5513 Pneumatic Pressure Comparator has a pressure range of 0-3000 psi (210 bar) and features a built-in screw press for small pressure adjustments, as well as a high-quality needle valve for fine control.
All these features, as well as its compatibility with the Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges, facilitate this product's ability to both the calibrate gas pressure gauges and perform the clean testing of process critical instrumentation.
Therefore the Fluke P5513 Pneumatic Pressure Comparator is a practical and versatile pneumatic test pump.
In addition to acting as a master instrument when used in conjunction with the Fluke P5513 Pneumatic Pressure Comparator, and facilitating the Fluke P5513’s transformation into a pneumatic pressure calibrator, individually the Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges can be used as check standards, or to provide process measurements with data logging.
These reference pressure gauges have a full-scale accuracy of 0.02% and feature a range of engineering measuring units including bar, in H20, kPa, MPa, and psi. These products also include a multitude of functions such as Sampling Rate, Tare Value, Damping, Auto-Off Time Interval, and Min/Max Pressure, which are all accessible and configurable via the easy-to-use interface.
Furthermore, the Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges are supplied with a USB cable, allowing the user to connect these reference pressure gauges to his/her computer. These instruments are also compatible with COMPASS® for Pressure software (not included), which automatically records pressure calibration data allowing the user to take multiple readings without having to individually record each one.
Ease-of-use and versatility are at the forefront of this product’s design and so each Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauge is enclosed in a rugged casing and can be both battery operated and connected to a line power supply.
When bought as part of this combination of products, a selection of either a one or three, accredited or unaccredited sets are available. These sets are:
