The Fluke P5510-2700G Pneumatic Pressure Calibrator with Reference Pressure Gauges is an alternative to deadweight testers and facilitates the testing and calibration of dial gauges, digital test gauges, and pressure transmitters.
This gas pressure comparator is sold with up to three 2700G series Reference Pressure Gauges (a choice of accredited and non-accredited pressure gauges is available). For further information regarding Fluke’s reference pressure gauges please see the description beneath the Fluke P5510 Pneumatic Pressure Calibrator details.
The Fluke P5510 Pneumatic Pressure Calibrator is optimised for the testing and calibrating of products designed to measure gas pressures.
The P5510 has dual capabilities and features a built-in pump that can be manually operated to produce pressure up to 2MPa (300psi) or a vacuum up to 27 inHg (915mbar). This product also features a fine needle vent valve for precise adjustments and the venting of pressure.
The Fluke P5510 Pneumatic Pressure Calibrator is designed to be portable and easy to use. It does not require an external bottle and its test port adapters remove the need for PTFE tape or wrenches; these adaptors can be used to provide hand-tight connections to usual NPT, BSP, and metric fitting types. The Fluke P5510 Pneumatic Pressure Calibrator is compatible (and is sold) with up to three 2700G reference Pressure Gauges.
The Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges can be used as master test gauges against which dial gauges, digital test gauges, and pressure transmitters can be calibrated.
These gauges are compatible with the above Fluke P5510 Pneumatic Pressure Calibrator and are available in both accredited and unaccredited versions.
Fluke’s 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges have 0.02% full-scale accuracy and, when used with the above Fluke P5510 Pneumatic Pressure Calibrator, can expand lower range capability.
All the Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges are battery operated and are also capable of using line power, making these pressure gauges a versatile and practical addition to the portable and robust Fluke P5510 Pneumatic Pressure Calibrator.
The Fluke P5510 Pneumatic Pressure Calibrator is supplied with either a single Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauge or three Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges, offering the user a choice of pressure ranges. For further information regarding the ranges available on both the individual reference pressure gauge and the selection of three reference pressure gauges, please see the table below.
