The Fluke P5510/15-2700G Pressure Calibrators with Reference Pressure Gauges is a selection of products which includes one Fluke P5510 Pneumatic Pressure Calibrator; one Fluke P5515 Hydraulic Pressure Comparator and a selection of four or six accredited or unaccredited Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges.
These products can be used to calibrate pressure measuring instruments. Please see below for descriptions of the products included in this selection and a video introduction to these products. Further information regarding how to use these pressure comparators with reference pressure gauges, and information regarding the advantages and disadvantages of these tools compared to traditional deadweight testers, can be found in the PDFs attached to the Technical Specifications section.
The Fluke P5510 Pneumatic Pressure Calibrator is a gas pressure comparator which, when combined with the included Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges, acts as a pneumatic pressure calibrator, allowing the user to calibrate dial gauges, digital test gauges and pressure transmitters against a master test instrument: the Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges. Furthermore, the Fluke P5510 Pneumatic Pressure Calibrator’s lower range is extended when it is used in conjunction with the Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges.
This product has a bench mount design and is portable. It does not require an external bottle to generate pressure, as its built-in hand pump equips this gas pressure comparator with the dual capabilities of creating pressure up to 2MPa (300psi) and vacuums up to 27 inHg (915 mbar). Further to this, its fine needle vent valve enables the user to perform small adjustments and release pressure.
Finally, the Fluke P5510 Pneumatic Pressure Calibrator features test port adapters which can provide hand tight connections to common NPT, BSP, and metric fitting types, removing the need for PTFE tape or wrenches, adding to this product’s ease-of-use.
Like the above Fluke P5510 Pneumatic Pressure Calibrator, the Fluke P5515 Hydraulic Pressure Comparator functions as a pressure calibrator when combined with the included Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges.
Another similarity between these two P5500 models is their bench mount, portable design, and test port adapters which remove the need for PTFE or wrenches, as they provide hand tight connections to common NPT, BSP, and metric fitting types. It also features a built-in pump enabling large volume applications and system priming, whilst its high-quality screw press can be used to create pressure up to 20000 psi (1400 bar) and enables fine pressure control.
This product is compatible with a variety of fluids including sebacate, distilled water, and mineral oil, and includes a built-in drain plug. The user can also view the fluid level and quality in the Fluke P5515 Hydraulic Pressure Comparator’s acrylic reservoir.
Therefore the Fluke P5515 Hydraulic Pressure Comparator is both easy-to-use and versatile.
The Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges can be used to transform the above Fluke 5510 and Fluke 5515 pressure comparators into pressure calibrators. When used in conjunction with the above Fluke products these 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges act as the master instrument against which pressure measuring products can be calibrated
These reference pressure gauges are available in sets of four or six accredited or unaccredited sets. These sets are:
The Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges have a full-scale accuracy of 0.02% and are capable of taking pressure measurements in a range of units, such as bar, in H2O, kPa, MPa, and psi.
