This instrument can be used to test and calibrate pressure sensing modules designed to measure pressures below atmospheric pressure. It can be used to measure transducers, transmitters, gauges and pressure switches.
This model includes an integrated hand-pump which can generate a vacuum to 90%. In addition to this, the Fluke P3011-P Vacuum Deadweight Tester can be used with an external vacuum pump in order to create a vacuum. The inclusion of a high-quality needle allows the user to make fine adjustments to the vacuum, ensuring that he/she is able to take accurate readings.
The Fluke P3011-P Vacuum Deadweight Tester has an accuracy of ±0.015% of the reading. This accuracy may be improved by calibrating the instrument with respect to the user’s local gravity. Unless specified, the Fluke P3011-P Vacuum Deadweight Tester will be calibrated to Standard Gravity (980.665 cm/s²). For further information, please contact our sales team before purchase.
As standard, the Fluke P3011-P Vacuum Deadweight Tester is supplied with an ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificate. It also features a cylinder and piston that have been constructed in accordance with the highest standards and therefore have certified accuracies traceable to international standard laboratories, such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). They have been designed to improve stability and durability whilst lowering distortion and thermal coefficients, thereby helping to maintain the accuracy of this tester.
In addition to the above calibration certificate, the Fluke P3011-P Vacuum Deadweight Tester is supplied with spare seals, 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 NPT and BSP adapters as well as M20 and M14 metric adapters. Any vacuum weight masses supplied with this instrument are constructed from stainless steel and are marked with the serial number of the instrument and the nominal vacuum value. These weight masses can be stored in a robust case with a self-locking mechanism ensuring that they can be transported safely and securely between worksites. The Fluke P3011-P Vacuum Deadweight Tester itself is supplied with a detachable lid which also adds to its ease of transportation.
Adding to the practicality of this instrument is its physical design. The Fluke P3011-P Vacuum Deadweight Tester features a test station design with a mounted spirit level and adjustable feet which ensure that it can be easily set-up and used in a variety of environments. Furthermore, the addition of O-rings removes the need for PTFE tape or wrenches when connecting adapters and/or instruments.
The Fluke P3011-P Vacuum Deadweight Tester – With Pump is an easy-to-use, practical, adaptable instrument optimised for accurately calibrating pressure modules with ranges below atmospheric pressure.
