The Fluke IRR2-BT Pro Solar Irradiance Meter is an easy-to-use, all-in-one tool for installing, testing, and maintaining solar panels and photovoltaic systems. It can be used to measure irradiance, temperature, inclination, and direction of solar arrays. To this end, the Fluke IRR2-BT includes a built-in temperature sensor, integrated compass and inclination sensor, and a mono-crystalline solar sensor capable of measuring irradiance up to 1400 W/m²T. The Fluke IRR2-BT Pro Solar Irradiance Meter is also supplied with an external suction mount temperature probe for measuring ambient and panel temperature and a mounting solution for ensuring proper irradiance measurements. Readings are displayed on the high-contrast LCD screen which is easy to read even in direct sunlight. Solar irradiance measurements are displayed instantly.
The Fluke IRR2-BT Pro Solar Irradiance Meter can also be used with the Fluke SMFT-1000 Solar Multifunction Tester. It communicates wirelessly with the solar MFT to determine I-V curves.
Other practical features include a rugged, compact design with a protective case and a simple user interface. The Fluke IRR2-BT Pro Solar Irradiance Meter supports single-handed operation and can be easily carried up and down ladders to inspect roof-mounted systems.
The Fluke IRR2-BT Pro Solar Irradiance Meter meets IEC 62446-1 requirements for testing, documenting, and maintaining photovoltaic systems. It simplifies the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of photovoltaic arrays.
