Fluke IRR1-SOL Solar Irradiance Meter with Accessories

The Fluke IRR1-SOL Solar Irradiance Meter is an all-in-one, easy-to-use tool for installing, testing, and maintaining solar panels and photovoltaic systems. It can be used to measure the irradiance, temperature, inclination, and direction of solar arrays. To this end, the Fluke IRR1-SOL Solar Irradiance Meter includes:

  • A high-precision mono-crystalline solar sensor: delivers instantaneous irradiance measurements up to 1400 W/m²
  • Two options for temperature measurements: a built-in temperature sensor and external suction mount temperature probe measure ambient and panel temperature
  • Integrated compass: measure and document roof or site orientation
  • Inclination sensor: determine roof and PV panel tilt

Measurements are displayed on the high-contrast LCD screen which remains easy to read even in direct sunlight. Other practical features include a rugged compact design, protective carrying case, and simple user interface.

The Fluke IRR1-SOL Solar Irradiance Meter is a simple-to-use solution suitable for meeting IEC 62446-1 requirements for testing, documenting, and maintaining photovoltaic systems. It is ideal for solar installers and technicians working on roof-mounted systems or large-field installations.
