The Fluke 9150-X-256 Thermocouple Furnace – Choice of Insert is available in five models which vary with regards to their included disc inserts. Each disc insert features a number of wells optimised to hold thermocouples of varying diameters, please see the table below for further details.

As these discs are interchangeable, the user can easily tailor the Fluke 9150-X-256 Thermocouple Furnace to his/her application. Interchangeable discs also facilitate the instrument's ability to check thermocouples with diameters as small as 1/16 of an inch.
The Fluke 9150-X-256 Thermocouple Furnace can be operated using either a 115V or 230V AC power supply. It’s integrated Fluke microprocessor-based controller ensures that this calibrator’s stability and accuracy are maintained. It is capable of stabilising within twenty minutes and can heat from ambient to 1200°C in 35 minutes.
The Fluke 9150-X-256 Thermocouple Furnace is factory-calibrated and supplied with NIST-traceable test data and calibration.
Finally, this instrument also includes an RS-232 port which facilitates a connection between the Fluke 9150-X-256 Thermocouple Furnace and the user’s PC.
