The Fluke 9101-256 Zero-Point Dry-Well Calibrator has a temperature range of 0°C/ 32°F and is suitable for calibrating a variety of temperature probes simultaneously.
This ability is facilitated by the Fluke 9101-256 Zero-Point Dry-Well Calibrator’s three test wells which are all stable to ±0.005°C. One of the three wells included in this tester is able to accommodate interchangeable inserts for differing probe diameters, thereby extending this calibrator’s scope-for-use.
Its solid-state cooling technology ensures that the Fluke 9101-256 Zero-Point Dry-Well Calibrator can be easily transported between worksites. The risk that sealed water cells will freeze and burst whilst the calibrator is in transit is eradicated due to the inclusion of this technology. This makes the Fluke 9101-256 Zero-Point Dry-Well Calibrator suitable for in-the-field applications.
The solid-state cooler also adds to the convenience and reliability of this product as it is controlled by Fluke’s integrated adjustable electronic controller and can be recalibrated in the user’s lab, thereby ensuring that its accuracy can be easily maintained. In order to recalibrate the Fluke 9101-256 Zero-Point Dry-Well Calibrator, a certified standards thermometer is placed in one of the tester’s wells, then, if necessary the Fluke 9101-256’s controller can be adjusted until the standards thermometer displays a reading of 0°C.
The self-contained design of this instrument eliminates the need for user settings and can be run on-demand for immediate access to a traceable, accurate zero point. Alternatively, the Fluke 9101-256 Zero-Point Dry-Well Calibrator can be used to conduct highly accurate thermocouple measurements when it is used with a reference junction of a thermocouple. In addition to this, the Fluke 9101-256 Zero-Point Dry-Well Calibrator includes a ready-light ensuring the operator is aware when the instrument is properly prepared for use.
The Fluke 9101-256 Zero-Point Dry-Well Calibrator provides a viable, accurate, practical, cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing alternative to refrigerated baths, ice baths and units using sealed water cells. It is ideal for use in calibration laboratories and for in-the-field applications.
