Rugged, dustproof, waterproof and equipped with a complete selection of electrical tests, the Fluke 87V MAX TRMS Digital Multimeter is ideal for on-site troubleshooting applications in outdoor, dark, wet, dusty and/or hazardous environments. As such the Fluke 87V MAX TRMS Digital Multimeter is ideal for industrial and facilities electricians working in the following locations:

Rugged and Practical Design

Housed in an industrial-strength, sealed and IP67-rated casing and holster, the Fluke 87V MAX TRMS Digital Multimeter will remain functional in areas where other digital multimeters would fail. It is dustproof, waterproof and has been drop-tested from 4m (with holster) making it suitable for use in rugged environments and/or areas with high dust concentrations and/or high levels of humidity or rainfall. Additionally, the Fluke 87V MAX TRMS Digital Multimeter’s holster is reversible ensuring that it is also protected when it is not in use.

Moreover, the Fluke 87V MAX TRMS Digital Multimeter has a safety rating of CAT IV 600V/ CAT III 1000V and is protected against 8000V spikes caused by load switching and faults on industrial circuits.

This digital multimeter will remain operable between -40°C (for up to 20 mins) to +55°C and has a battery life twice that of its predecessor, the Fluke 87V TRMS Digital Multimeter.
