FLK-729 150G FC | Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator with Wi-Fi for Fluke Connect® - 10 Bar | -12.000 to 150.000 psi | -0.8273 to 10.3421 bar | -82.73 to 1034.21 kPa |
FLK-729 300G FC | Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator with Wi-Fi for Fluke Connect® - 20 Bar | -12.000 to 300.000 psi | -0.8273 to 20.6843 bar | -82.73 to 2068.43 kPa |
Unlike its sister product, the Fluke 729 Automatic Pressure Calibrator, the Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator includes wireless capabilities which allow it to be connected to the Fluke Connect® app. This app facilitates the user’s ability to send measurement information to individuals in his/her team, allowing teams to make real-time, in-the-field decisions. For further information regarding this app, please see the Fluke Connect® description below.
However, like its sister product, the Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator has been optimised for field use. To this end, it features a robust casing, has been drop tested from 1m and is supplied with a semi-rigid carrying case ensuring that the calibrator, test hoses, fittings, test leads and small hand tools can be transported safely and securely across and between sites.
In addition to its practicality, this sophisticated instrument also includes extensive measurement capabilities and can be used to conduct multiple-point pressure calibration tests. Each model includes an electric pump which is able to generate pressure to the maximum psi value within the model's range, for example, the Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator with Wi-Fi for Fluke Connect® - 20 bar can produce pressure up to 300 psi.
In order to create the desired pressure, the user need only enter the pressure he/she requires and the Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator will automatically produce and maintain this pressure. Furthermore, the Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator will automatically run leak tests in order to detect any minor faults with the equipment used to perform the calibration, for instance, leaks in test hoses. Should the calibrator detect a minor leak in a test hose, it will automatically compensate for this by finely altering the pressure generated. This automatic pressure generation and adjustment system removes the need for the user to manually adjust the test setup and generate pressure or pressure adjustments via a pump or vernier.
Adding the efficiency and sophistication of this product is its ability to perform pressure calibrations at multiple points, as mentioned above. To perform multiple-point tests, the user needs only complete a test template, entering the start and end points and as many test points as desired into the Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator. Once completed, the calibrator will perform pressure calibration tests at all these points, recording the pressure applied, the measured mA and the % error for each test point. Any anomalous, or out-of-tolerance, readings will be indicted on the instrument’s bright, dual/triple channel, graphical, colour display.
The Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator is able to measure, source and simulate current signals between 4 and 20mA, making it suitable for testing I/Ps and mA loop modules; whilst its ability to generate a 24V loop power supply makes it suitable for powering transmitters during standalone tests in which the transmitter is disconnected from the control system.
Moreover, this calibrator includes a HART communication feature which allows it to perform the following tests on HART smart pressure transmitters:
All commands issued by the HART communication function will be in English; however, other menu options, functions and commands may be displayed in the user’s preferred language.
The Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator is a rugged, comprehensive and adaptable instrument. It is compatible with Fluke’s 700 and 750 Series Pressure Modules (NOT included) which can be used to alter the pressure ranges and resolutions available using the Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator.
In addition to this, the Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator can be used with the Fluke 720RTD Probe (NOT included), in order to measure temperature for the purposes of custody transfer calibrations.
Measurements taken with the Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator can be uploaded to and managed using Fluke’s DPCTrack™ Calibration Management Software (NOT included). This software can be used to create reports (with the uploaded data), as well as scheduled tests.
The Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator w/ Wi-Fi for Fluke Connect® is designed to be adaptable, comprehensive, sophisticated and practical. It is the ideal tool for pressure technicians.
The Fluke Connect® app can be used to connect team members and share measurements acquired using compatible tools, such as the Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator w/ Wi-Fi for Fluke Connect®. This app can be used to perform the following tasks:
Fluke Connect® facilitates a team’s ability to make real-time, in-the-field decisions, using up to date measurements.
