The Fluke 729 Pro internal electric pump simplifies pressure generation. It is available in two models: the Fluke 729 Pro 4M for calibrations up to 600 psi (40 bar, 4000 kPa) and the Fluke 729 Pro 7M for calibrations up to 1000 psi (70 bar, 7000 kPa).
One of the key features is automatic pressure generation and control. Technicians can input the target pressure, and the calibrator automatically adjusts to the set point. The replaceable pressure control modules allow for easy customisation, and the internal fine adjustment ensures that pressure stabilises precisely at the desired value. The 729 Pro can also perform multi-point pressure calibration tests, automatically pumping to and documenting each test point with a single button press.
The Fluke 729 Pro automatically tests multiple pressure points, flags out-of-tolerance results in red on the display, and captures critical data such as applied pressure, measured values (mA, mV, or digital PV), and percentage error for each test point. Manage results and upload data using DPCTrack2 Calibration Management Software.
HART communication capabilities, HART transmitter mA adjustments, configuration tasks like changing transmitter tags and measurement units, and troubleshooting features are incorporated.
The 729 Pro is rugged and portable, with a 1-meter drop test certification. For those requiring greater accuracy in low-pressure calibrations, the 729 Pro allows users to select from six Fluke Pressure Modules, expanding the pressure range between 0-600 psi (40 bar, 4000 kPa) for more precise measurements.
