The Fluke 700HPPK High-Pressure Pneumatic Pump/ Comparator is available in three models. These models only vary with regards to the type of test port adapters supplied with the instrument. Please see the table below for further details.
Name of Model | Type of Test Port Adapters Included | Test Port Adapters |
Fluke 700HPPK-NPT High-Pressure Pneumatic Pump/Comparator | NPT | 1/8, 1/4 NPT |
Fluke 700HPPK-BSP High-Pressure Pneumatic Pump/Comparator | BSP | 1/8, 1/4 BSP |
Fluke 700HPPK-MET High-Pressure Pneumatic Pump/Comparator | MET | M14, M20, 1/4 NPT |
The Fluke 700HPPK High-Pressure Pneumatic Pump/ Comparator can be used to produce and adjust pneumatic (gas/ air) pressure up to 21MPa (3000 psi). It contains a calibration manifold and pressure pump to achieve this and so does not require an external pressure supply, such as a nitrogen bottle. This makes Fluke 700HPPK suitable for both laboratory and field work.
The Fluke 700HPPK High-Pressure Pneumatic Pump/ Comparator takes just twenty seconds to generate 21MPA (3000 psi) of pressure into a 10cm³ volume. This pressure can be isolated, vented and finely adjusted to 0.1% of the reading using the detachable pressure adjustment system and adjustment control knob.
It can be used to supply pressure to instruments which include transmitters, controllers, pilots and digital and analogue gauges. The Fluke 700HPPK High-Pressure Pneumatic Pump/ Comparator may be connected to a wide variety of equipment via its included 2m pressure line and pressure fittings. This facilitates the Fluke 700HPPK’s efficiency and ability to complete five times the workload of traditional pneumatic pumps.
In addition to this, it may be used in conjunction with Fluke’s 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges or 700G Reference Pressure Gauges to calibrate equipment. These gauges can be easily attached and changed without the need of PTFE tape or additional tools, this is because the Fluke 700HPPK includes a swivel ¼ NPT female reference gauge connector. Its detachable pressure system also makes connecting reference gauges, as well as the equipment to be tested, quick and easy.
The versatility, portability and ruggedness of this pneumatic pressure pump/ comparator makes this instrument ideal for calibration technicians, test engineers and instrument technicians across the following sectors:
- Natural gas transmissions and distribution
- Process
- Aerospace
- Defence
The Fluke 700HPPK’s design adds to its versatility and practicality. The style of this calibration instrument ensures that it may be used across a variety of environments. It includes:
- Collapsible feet
- A calibration manifold which attaches and detaches via detent pins
- Built-in handle
- Carrying case
These features mean that it can be easily transported across work sites and ensures it can be used on rough and rugged surfaces, as well as flat laboratory ones.
Finally, in addition to its versatility, efficiency and practicality, the Fluke 700HPPK High-Pressure Pneumatic Pump/ Comparator also includes an in-line filter which protects the instrument from contamination derived from the equipment being tested. This adds to the reliability of the Fluke 700HPPK High-Pressure Pneumatic Pump/ Comparator, making it an ideal product for those requiring a quick solution to generating high-pressure pneumatics in a variety of environments.
